How can I get a permanent -40% discount in the Luxador online store with a subscription order?
At the Luxador.ee online store, you can get an instant and permanent -40% discount when you place your order as a subscription order.
The minimum amount for a subscription order is €50 at regular prices, and the -40% discount applies already from the first order.
When placing a subscription order:
- you choose the products that suit you
- you set the order recurrence interval
- you enter your payment details only the first time
After that, the order and payment are renewed automatically based on the selected interval. With a subscription order, you always get free delivery to a parcel locker.
If you decide to cancel your subscription order, your -40% discount will remain valid for another 90 days.
You can choose a subscription order at checkout: at the top of the page, select “recurring order” as the order type and set the order interval that suits you.
How can I postpone the next shipment date of my subscription order?
You can change the next delivery date of your subscription order in the self-service section of your user account.
To do this, go to the “My Subscriptions” section, select the active subscription order you need, and change the date in the “Next Delivery” field by choosing a new date that suits you.
Important: the date of the next order can be changed starting from the 7th day after the previous order has been fulfilled. The next shipment of a subscription order can be postponed for up to 3 months.
How can I cancel a subscription order?
You can cancel your subscription order yourself in your user account.
To do this, go to the “My Subscriptions” section, open the subscription order you want, and click the “Cancel Subscription” button.
A subscription order can be cancelled starting from the 7th day after it was placed.
What benefits does the TERVIS17 discount code offer?
The TERVIS17 discount code is intended for new customers.
If you create an account in the Luxador.ee online store and use the code TERVIS17, you will get a -17% discount on your first order, regardless of the purchase amount.
After your first purchase, a 30% personal discount will be activated on your account, valid for 90 days.
Each subsequent purchase from €29:
- increases your personal discount up to -40%
- extends the validity of the discount for another 90 days.
Why is the TERVIS17 discount code not working for me?
The TERVIS17 discount code is valid only for new customers who have created an account and logged in to the Luxador.ee online store.
If the code is not applied, please check the following:
- whether you are logged in to your account
- whether you have created a Luxador.ee user account
- whether you are using the code on your first order
If all conditions are met, the -17% discount will be applied automatically in the cart.
If you are already a Luxador.ee customer, then a personal permanent discount applies to your account, which may be as much as -40%.

What discounts apply in the Luxador online store
The Luxador online store offers promotion-based discounts and discount codes.
In addition, loyal customers can join the Terviseklubi+ loyalty programme, which allows them to increase their personal discount up to -40%.
You get the biggest and most permanent discount when you place your order as a subscription order. In this case, the -40% discount applies immediately from the first order and remains valid for all orders as long as the subscription order is active.
Can I change my order if I have already paid for it?
If the order has already been paid for, it can no longer be changed. After payment is confirmed, the order is automatically sent to our warehouse for picking and packing.
If you notice an error in the order (for example, the address, parcel locker, or contact details), please contact our customer service as quickly as possible by phone at +372 58 363 123.
If necessary, we can cancel the order so that you can place a new order with the correct details.
How do I proceed if I forgot my account password?
How quickly will my order be dispatched?
Orders are usually processed within 1 business day. After that, the parcel is handed over to SmartPOST, and we will send you a tracking link by email.
Delivery within Estonia after the parcel has been handed over to SmartPOST usually takes 1–3 business days.
How is the delivery of goods carried out?
We ship ordered goods via SmartPOST to ensure product quality and protect health products from excessive heat in summer and cold in winter.
We offer two delivery methods:
SmartPOST parcel locker – €3
Free from an order value of €29
SmartPOST courier – €6
Free from an order value of €50
How can I track my parcel?
Can I get a refund for ordered products if SmartPOST returned my parcel?
If you did not collect your parcel and SmartPOST returned it, the refund is not processed automatically.
If you wish to cancel the order and receive a refund, please write to our customer service. We will verify that the parcel has been returned to the warehouse and agree on the terms of withdrawal and refund.
Please note that it is the customer’s responsibility to collect the parcel from the parcel locker, and return costs may apply if the parcel is not collected.
How quickly will the money for returned products be refunded?
Once we have checked the returned products and packaging in the warehouse, we will process the refund as soon as possible.
The money will be refunded to the same payment method that you used to pay for the order.
The refund is made in accordance with European Union consumer protection requirements and may take up to 14 days from the receipt of the withdrawal notice, although in most cases the refund is processed faster.
What payment methods are available in the Luxador online store?
In the Luxador.ee online store, you can pay for your order using the following methods:
